The truth is hard to get these days.  Your listing is not a tool for us to generate more Buyers.  We will tell you exactly what you need to do to get the home sold, like it or not.  By utilizing ShowingTime, within moments of any showing of your home where the agent makes an appointment, an email will be sent to the agent soliciting feedback.  The feedback will then be sent directly to you.  Additionally, you will receive a user name and password so that you may recall all feedback at anytime.  No one else in our market, is using this aggressive feedback system.

#5 Daily Prospecting

  We make numerous daily contacts with Buyers interested in homes like yours.  We utilize a database service, which keeps us in contact with approximately 700 consumers on a monthly basis.  Additionally, we contact “For Sale By Owner” Sellers on a regular basis, many of whom will be buying a home.

#7 Negotiations

 We will mail out 50 postcards notifying your neighbors that your home is listed.

Why is this important to you?  Your neighbors are invested in their community and often have friends who they would like to have as neighbors.  By notifying them of your home sale, they will be informed allies in our attempt to sell your home.


 #11 Notary Services

Joyce Hutterer is a Notary who provides her services at no cost to our clients for any work related to the move.

Why is this important to you?  There will be no late night runs looking for someone to notarize your documents.  We will be there to serve you.  Many Sellers prefer not to be at the closing.  Our notary services help to make this possible.
